Ministry & Department Coverage
Alethman index records across Central Ministries, Departmental Directorates, and associated public corporations that route notices through the central portals.
State Ingestion Status
Ingestion from independent State Public Procurement Portals (SPPPs) is mapped sequentially, prioritizing states with centralized JSON/XML feeds.
Known Boundaries & Limitations
Secure Networks Excluded
Alethman does not ingest, index, or parse transaction records that reside behind authenticated firewalls, private departmental intranet registers, or secure banking gateways.
Historical Data Gaps
Archival records published prior to standardized digital logging formatting (pre-2018 in most portal systems) are not indexed due to high rates of metadata corruption and incomplete tracking logs in primary sources.
Entity Name Variances
While our resolution engine cleanses common suffix strings, spelling anomalies and un-registered trade names in source text can lead to match confidence degradation. These records are isolated for manual review.
