Collect
Structured ingestion from public procurement systems. We systematically ingest public procurement and disbursement records from primary platforms including CPPP, GeM, and PFMS using structured pipelines.
Normalise
Standardise entities, dates, currencies and identifiers. Raw strings are standardised: entity names are cleansed, dates are formatted to ISO 8601, and monetary currencies are mapped to a uniform baseline.
Reconcile
Deterministic matching first. Probabilistic entity resolution only when required. We match records deterministically when unique IDs cross-reference. Where IDs are absent, we use probabilistic entity resolution.
Trace
Preserve source records and complete provenance. Reconciled records preserve the original unmodified documents, allowing any analyst to immediately drill down into the primary source records.
